At Grace's Leather, I understand that you might have a few questions, and I’m here to help. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions I receive. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out to me directly!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each bag is crafted with love and care, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. After your bag has been carefully crafted and inspected, it will be shipped directly to you. Delivery typically takes 8-12 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, I’m happy to offer free shipping on all orders over the UK. It’s my way of thanking you for choosing Grace's Leather and supporting my small business.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your bag is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your bag’s journey from my workshop to your door.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is my top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your bag within 30 days of receiving it. The bag must be unused and in its original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for more details, or contact me at info@graces-leather.uk to start the return process.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard. You can also pay securely using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible at info@graces-leather.uk If your bag has not yet been processed, I’ll do my best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
